Placement
Once you feel satisfied with the information and guidance given, the next step is to make an application. We will provide you with all application forms and a checklist of requirements from the university of choice. We will systematically take you through the application procedures ensuring that applications are properly filled according to the requirements of the institution selected. PTI ensures that applications and the relevant documents are safely couriered to the institution applied for. Constant follow ups are then carried out to ensure prompt responses from the respective institutions are obtained. PTI at all times acts as a liaison office between the applicant and the university, keeping the applicant informed on every progress or additional requirement that may be needed by the university.
Visas
The next step in the placement process is securing your visa. Different countries have different requirements and visa fees associated with Student permit applications will be provided. Once these requirements are made available, PTI in conjunction with the institutions and consulates handle the visa securing process.
Travel arrangements
Pre-departure briefings are conducted to furnish students with valuable information regarding their destinations. Students are provided with the opportunity to interact with each other during these sessions. Upon request, PTI makes travel arrangements through reputable travel agents and endeavors to obtain cost effective flight bookings. We also arrange airport pick-up services in conjunction with University of destination.
After Placement Services
The relationship between the applicant and PTI does not end with placement. We would like rather to see the applicant through to graduation. As it was during the application process, we will continue to act as a liaison between the student’s institution and their parent/guardians/next of kin at home or wherever they may be.
Forex Services
On request PTI negotiates with local banking institutions for competitive exchange rates for students. This way students can make savings from their foreign exhange transactions.

Visa Requirements:
Unlike many other destinations in Europe and America, once the university offers you a placements, the visa is 100% guaranteed.
The cost of the visas to these destinations is:
• Malaysia - USD 155
• South Africa - USD 47
• Ukraine - USD 30 and USD 60 Emergency
Accomodation
Upon acceptance of the university offer, the university’s International Office makes arrangement for student accommodation. On Campus for at least the first 6 months. The students have an option, single, double or even triple rooms.
After the six months the students are at liberty to seek accommodation off campus or continue living on Campus.
Transportation
The University representatives receive International Students, at the airport to the campus hostels. Malaysian universities (provide transport from hostels to school at a fee). Generally, for most Universities, the Hostels are just a few metres from the Campuses.
Work Prospects:
The university destinations allow students to work for 20 hours a week
In Ukraine, students may go and work in neighbouring countries as wages there are much better , but this is on condition they deposit their full fees for the following semesters.
Life Abroad:
In South Africa, which is closer to home, the language of instruction and communication is English. The weather conditions are not so far off from what we’re used to here in East Africa.
In Malaysia the language of instruction is English. Malaysia is a hot country with temperatures and humidity ranges being similar to the ones in Mombasa (Kenya) .
In Ukraine, the language of instruction are: English, Ukrainian and russian
The Universities offer tailor made language programmes that enable the students upon completion to use the Ukrainian language for instruction purposes (Its cold with temperatures going below to -7ºC). It should be noted that English medium courses cost more in tuition fees USD 3,000-USD 4,000 p.a as opposed to USD 1,500- USD 2,000 for the Ukrainian medium courses

All the countries in question are democratic countries, where freedom of worship is a human right; all major religions are represented.
